Mr. J. Molebi Okoro, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria,and past President of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMCON). He is a Chartered Secretary and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School of Boston, Massachuset, USA.

He is a man of impeccable integrity with vast international connections in the management consultancy profession. Mr. Okoro brings his wide and varied experience to impact on the business of Bestworth Assets and Trust Limited.


Mr.Tunji Alapini; NPM,KSM,MSC,mni - ( Director)
Mr. Alapini had a very successful career in the Nigeria Police Force. He held various senior positions in the force culminating in his elevation to the rank of assistant inspector general of police before his retirement. He brings his wealth of experience to the board of Bestworth Assets & Trust Limited.


Mr. Sola H. Adeniyi - (Managing Director/CEO)
Mr. Adeniyi is the Managing Director and chief Executive Officer of Bestworth Assets and Trust Limited. He is an alumnus of Havard Business School, A seasoned Stockbroker;  he has varied experience in the Finance and Investment Industry as well as management Consultancy. He had previously worked with Metropolitan Securities & Investment Limited, Olfa Finance & Investment Company Limited and Prudential Securities Limited before joining Bestworth Assets & Trust Limited.

An associate of the chartered institute of stockbrokers, Sola holds a first degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree.

Mr.Magnus Maduka(Executive Director)
Mr. Maduka is a banker and a stockbroker. He held various senior management positions while in the banking for twenty years.

He has a bachelors degree in computer science with Economics and a masters degree in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife and University of Lagos, Akoka Respectively.


Mrs. Davina A. Adeniyi - (Executive Director)
Mrs. Adeniyi is Executive Director/ Chief Operating Officer of Bestworth  Assets & Trust Limited. she has over 12 years senior management experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining the organization, she was Managing Director, Urbane Stockbrokers Limited from 1994 to 2000 having risen through the ranks from Operations Manager to General Manager and risen to the post Executive Director between 1992 to 1994.

She holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelors degree in Geography and Regional Planning. She has attended several courses, including the Fixed income securities and alternative investment course at the New York Institute of Finance. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of stockbrokers.
